Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services and products provided by Pro Buket via the website www.probuket.md. By placing an order, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1. General Provisions

• Pro Buket’s products and services are available throughout the Republic of Moldova.
• The Client must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
• Pro Buket reserves the right to amend this document at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders

• Orders may be placed online at www.probuket.md or through available contact channels.
• An order is considered confirmed once it has been accepted and paid for.
• In case of incomplete or incorrect data provided by the Client, Pro Buket cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries.

3. Payment

• Orders may be paid by:
• bank card (PayNet),
• bank transfer,
• cash upon delivery.
• All products must be fully paid before delivery.
• Full details of payment methods are available in the “Payment” section of the website.

4. Delivery

• Delivery is available throughout the Republic of Moldova. Costs vary by location.
• In Chișinău and surrounding areas, orders are delivered within 2–5 hours after payment confirmation.
• In other locations, delivery time depends on the destination.
• Delivery in Chișinău is free for floral orders over 500 MDL. Additional products (toys, balloons, sweets, etc.) have separate delivery charges.
• If the recipient is not found at the specified address, the Client may request a redelivery at an extra cost (100 MDL in Chișinău / initial fee for other locations).

5. Return Policy

• If products are defective or do not match the order, the Client must notify Pro Buket within 24 hours.
• Perishable products (flowers, bouquets, arrangements, wreaths) cannot be returned according to applicable law.
• Non-perishable products (accessories, gifts) may be returned only if they are in original packaging, complete, and undamaged.
• Orders canceled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (only to the same card, in case of online payments).

6. Force Majeure and Disputes

• In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, technical failures, cyberattacks, actions by authorities, etc.), contractual obligations are suspended during the event.
• Any disputes will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, jurisdiction belongs to the courts of the Republic of Moldova.

7. Personal Data Privacy

• Pro Buket collects and processes clients’ personal data in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 and GDPR.
• Collected data may include: name, address, phone number, e-mail, banking details, username, and password.
• Data is used exclusively for processing orders, account management, payment confirmation, and communication with the Client.
• Data is protected by technical and organizational measures and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.
• Clients have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of their data.

8. Final Clauses

• The Client must use Pro Buket’s services in compliance with applicable law and good practices. The use of offensive, discriminatory language or services for illegal purposes is prohibited.
• During peak order periods (Valentine’s Day, March 1st and 8th, Easter, Christmas, etc.), Pro Buket reserves the right not to provide delivery photos.
