We understand how important it is for your floral gift to arrive on time and in perfect condition. That’s why Pro Buket offers fast, reliable, and professional delivery services in Chișinău and across the Republic of Moldova.
All flowers are carefully packaged to remain fresh and beautiful, while our team ensures that every delivery reaches the recipient with precision and attention to detail.
Delivery in Chișinău
- Free for all orders.
- Delivery time: in accordance with the established interval.
- Extra charge for fixed-time delivery or delivery outside working hours: 400 MDL.
Delivery in Suburbs & Other Regions of Moldova
- Orders are delivered within a maximum of 6 hours after payment confirmation.
- Base rate: 8 MDL/km (calculated from Chișinău to the destination).
- Fixed-time delivery outside Chișinău: +400 MDL in addition to the standard rate.
- 24/7 delivery available, provided the request is scheduled in advance and paid during Pro Buket’s working hours.

When placing an online order, you can choose from the following time slots:
- 09:00 – 13:00
- 13:00 – 17:00
- 17:00 – 21:00
You may also request fixed-time delivery (additional charge applies).

Online orders: 24/7.
Phone orders:
- Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 20:00
- Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 – 20:00

At Pro Buket, we strive to provide safe and convenient payment methods, ensuring your shopping experience is pleasant and worry-free. We accept both online and offline payments through various methods tailored to your needs.

How does the payment process work?
- Select your desired product (bouquet, arrangement, gift).
- Add products to the cart and complete the order form.
- Indicate the delivery date and approximate time.
- Choose your preferred payment method and follow the steps.
Available payment methods
- Online payment by bank card
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.
- Payments are processed via PayNet or MAIB.
- MIA
After selecting the online method, you will be redirected to a secure payment page where you must enter:
- card number (16 digits),
- cardholder’s name,
- CVV code (3 digits on the back of the card),
- card expiration date.
- Complete the payment by clicking the “Pay” button.
Payment security is guaranteed by PayNet and MAIB systems.
2. Payment by bank transfer
- Suitable for individuals and companies with a current bank account.
- The payment is made directly to the bank account of “PRO BUKET” S.R.L.

3. Cash payment to the courier
You can pay in cash directly to the courier upon receiving your order.
